Win the Icon's art award

Yes, an art  award!  The Rouge Icon Award will be handed out as I please, or you can send your pics in for a chance to win!  It's my response to Hanako's "Does Not Suck" page.  Yes, I know Meghan already did it.  I'm doing it, too, but mines for pictures, you see!  PICTURES!

True, it used to be a site award.  But there is such a lot of those, I decided that it should be like this.  There simply isn't enough lovely paintings out there, and perhaps this will be the push you need.
