The Wisdom?

Because you beat Phong at his game, you can ask him your most important question!  But beware, his answers can be baffling at best.  Or, he may not answer at all.  You can only ask your question twice before he becomes bored of that one and won't answer it anymore ("Which girl is the hottest?"  Again?!  I cannot stand answering this any more!)
